Despite being told we could eat in the resturant, when reception asked, which was 14.20 on our arrival, we were told , the resturant is to close. We also could not get room service. The following morning we could not get breakfast because we were told that the breakfast chef had not arrived. We did not want just a light breakfast. My wife and I were very dissapointed indeed. Marks out of 10 / 2. ... Very unhappy, and treated awfully. ... My complaint could not be heared because no management were on duty. ... Yes. Service is not always available.
... Do not go. if you require a level of service expected with a medium offer Hotel. Go else where to avoid disapointment.
