  • At what time can we check-in and out?
    All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before 11am.
  • Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
    The price given is per room, per night.
  • Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
    Full English breakfast is included in the room rate.
  • Can we settle the bill on arrival?
    We require a deposit equal to the cost of the first night, the balance to be paid on departure.
  • Which languages are spoken at the reception?
    English, Greek and some French & German.
  • How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
    Lower Ground, Ground & Three upper floors. There is no lift in the building but we offer rooms on low floors.
  • Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
    The Superior Rooms face a side street and tend to be quieter than the rest. Noise is not really an issue as we are situated on the residential part of Warwick Way. The most romantic rooms are the Cartmel Room and Room 15.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
    No.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
    No.
  • Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
    Yes.
  • Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
    All rooms have satellite TV.
  • Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
    Yes.
  • Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
    No, but we provide fans.
  • Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
    You may connect your own laptop in your room. Failing that there is an internet cafe very close by.
  • Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
    No.
  • Is parking or garage available?
    We are next to the Warwick Way car park which is a secure underground car park (24-hour attended). Hotel guests qualify for a discount on published rates.
  • Where can we rent a car?
    Directly at the Concierge.
  • Which is the nearest airport?
    London City 8.3 miles (13.4 km). Gatwick Aiport is a 35 minute journey-time on the Gatwick Express.
  • Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
    Yes, bus service (on extra charge).
  • Which is the nearest bus-stop?
    Just in Warwick Way.
  • Which is the nearest railway station?
    Victoria Station.
  • Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
    Victoria Underground Station is an 8 minute walk.
  • Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
    Not within the hotel but hotel guests may use the facilities of the Queen Mother Sports Centre which is a 10 minute walk from the hotel.
  • Are pets welcome?
    No.
  • Is there a restaurant in the Property?
    Yes. The Pimlico Room (RAC Dining Award).
  • Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
    Computer plugs and Internet connection in all rooms.
