I'll recomend the hotel. Good value for the money, and the hotel has a good location nearby Paddington station. (Only a three minutes walk)

My answer to question 8 would have been higher if to room had been somwhat larger. It was very compact but spotlessly clean and being at the side of the hotel fairly quiet. Having stayed in London (Bloomsbuty area) frequently when on business for many years I was pleasantly surprised by the both the hotel and the area which is much better than I remember it some years ago.

A friendly well run small hotel offering good value for its central London location. My room was however compact but nevertheless in good repair and very clean.

My family have been stopping at this hotel at least once a year for the last 7 years.We always enjoy our stay,the hotel is always very clean and the staff are always very helpful. We enjoy staying here as it is a fairly quiet area,but you only need to walk around the corner to Paddington, to shops, resturants and tube, and Lancaster Gate tube is just down the road.

We felt very welcomed by the staff member that was on reception when we arrived.

The breakfast was the only slight let down as we had to queue for 15-20 minutes before they seated us. A self serve breakfast in my past experience works a lot faster.

We were a little confused when we were looking for the Westpoint Hotel as the name above the property was Abbey Court Westpoint Hotel, we only realised this was the correct Hotel when we worked out the numbers of the adresses.

The room was a little on the small side for a triple room, adequate for a short stay, very clean and well decorated.

We were asked if we would mind settling our bill the evening before we left which was a good idea as it saved time the next morning as the reception staff were very busy.

Small room, Breakfast the same for 7 days does get to a person, Very noisy room,lift and doors in the hallway kept on slamming during the night, alarm kept on going off on the last night of my stay, I expected more, but it was my first time in London , so this might be the norm for this type and price range hotel

I have stayed at this hotel numerous times before and always offers good value.

Basic but clean and comfortable. Excellent location, with great access to the London public transport network.
Staff are generally friendly and prepared.
Excellent value for money.
Rooms are a bit small, but overall this hotel is a very good option for a reasonably proced accommodation in the heart of London.

The reseptionist was very friendly and polite, and the room was ready when I arrived.

The room had a big comfortable bed, and the room was big enough for me as a single room.
But there was not much room to place the luggage etc. But it was clean and tidy.
I think I will choose this hotel the next time I visit London.

I was arrived there at 10am but they said the check in time is 1 pm. Me and my friend was so tired and hungry and want to get shower and take a nap. Plus it was raining outside. However, the receptionist insist us to check in at 1 pm. Therefore, we have no choice but to stay in lobby until 1pm...

Never found out where the dining room was. Though not relevant to me, a map of the hotel may be of use to others. It is labrynthine and deceptively large.

No one greeted me right away on arrival or offered to assist me with my luggage. With the site being somewhat under construction, access to front was difficult.

Very convenient location. Fairly tidy, room was straightened daily, but not vacumed or dusted. Breakfast was minimal, but enough. Staff was very helpful as far as providing information and suggestions for traveling.

The staff in the restaurant has a problem understanding the American accent and does not make a big effort to try. The rooms are much smaller than expected from the website photos. The location of the hotel (i.e. neighborhood) is very nice.

After waiting for more thant 10 mins for my breakfast I decided to leav. Went to the reception and made a complain. No one even bothered to appologize or nothing. Not even a sorry. The young man serving breakfast wasonly inerrested in serving the ladies and the waitresses were just standing around and gossiping about the guest.

A nice hotel very near Paddington station, not far from Oxford street (impotant to many Swedes). Everything was OK, but we got a very small room with an even smaller bathroom. Clean and quiet. The next time we visit London we would not hesitate to stay at Westpoint hotel again.

I ordered the English Breakfast at additional cost. It was cooked specially, but arrived cold after a long wait as though someone had forgotten to bring it. I was in a hurry so did not complain at the time.

the room I have stayed in suffered from some noise during the night hours (sounded like a boiler).
the noise was driving me nuts.
