  • At what time can we check-in and out?
    Check In from 1pm.
    Check Out before 10.30am.
  • Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
    Price is per room per night.
  • Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
    Continental breakfast is included. English breakfast costs 3.00 Pounds extra per person per day.
  • Can we settle the bill on arrival?
    Bill can be settled on arrival, however a deposit is required in order to book.
  • Which languages are spoken at the reception?
    English, Portuguese, Italian, Spanish, French, Swedish, and Polish.
  • How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
    There are 5 floors and 2 lifts.
  • Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
    Quiet rooms facing the back-side of the hotel.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
    No.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
    No.
  • Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
    We do have no smoking restrictions in the rooms, only on the public areas.
  • Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
    There is a TV.
  • Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
    Yes, all rooms with telephone line.
  • Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
    No.
  • Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
    No.
  • Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
    No, the closest pool is within 10 minutes walk, site on a sports complex.
  • Is parking or garage available?
    We do have parking on a "first come first serve" basis and charge 10 pounds per day (only small cars are accepted). A national car park is within 5 minutes drive.
  • Where can we rent a car?
    Avis, Hertz, Europcar, Budget, etc, within 10 minutes walking distance.
  • Which is the nearest airport?
    London Heathrow International.
  • Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
    We do not have our own transportation, but we can arrange it with a company that we have an agreement with.
  • Which is the nearest bus-stop?
    Sussex Gardens close to the hotel.
  • Which is the nearest railway station?
    Paddington station at 2 minutes walking to the hotel.
  • Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
    Paddington.
  • Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
    No. The closest one is within 10 minutes walking distance.
  • Are pets welcome?
    No, pets not allowed, sorry.
  • Is there a restaurant in the Property?
    No, but we are surrounded by restaurants, pubs, coffee-shops.
  • Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
    No. We do not have the facility yet.
