The Polo Lounge provides a light menu served throughout the day and is a popular meeting place for those from the world of fashion, music and art. |
 Fitness Centre: After a gruelling day in the office, a long flight, or a frenetic shopping excursion, guests can relax and tone up in the newly opened fitness centre, comprising a wide variety of easy to use cardio-vascular equipment and a relaxing steam room. The Fitness Centre is located on the second floor; open from Monday to Sunday 7 am to 11 pm, for the exclusive use of Westbury guests. |
 Conference & Banqueting: Meeting for Business or Pleasure. From conferences and cocktails of up to one hundred guests, to stylish dinner parties or discreet meetings for as few as ten. The Westbury offers 4 private meeting rooms of various sizes, for small groups or gatherings of up to 120 people. The Mount Vernon Room is the largest. Attractively decorated with its own foyer, which can be partitioned off, creating a variety of layout options. The Pine Room seats 80 delegates in theatre style and is richly decorated with a stucco ceiling. The Brighton Room, located on the lower ground floor is an ideal venue for an intimate dinner-party for 40, whilst The Regency Room, situated adjacent to the Restaurant is suitable for 18 people in a boardroom style. The Day Delegate rate is GBP 62.50 per person for a minimum of 15 guests. The cost includes all meeting facilities, three servings of tea, coffee and biscuits as well as a delicious buffet or three course lunch with a varied choice of starters, a selection of in courses and appetising desserts. Alternatively smaller groups may choose the option of dining in the hotel restaurant. Stationery, Over-head-projector and screen, flipchart and pens are supplied free of charge and additional equipment can be hired, on request. |
Concierge Service: There is a 24-hour concierge service to assist with restaurant reservations, theatre tickets, sightseeing tours and any other requirements. Our concierges are experts on everything from the form at Ascot to sourcing tickets for the latest West End show.
