• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before 11am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room per night.

  Continental Breakfast is included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, French and German.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 7 floors and 2 lifts in the building.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Quiet rooms available on request.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is a Sat/TV in all rooms.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, there is. It is individually controlled and there is no extra charge.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, we do.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Car parking available at extra charge.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Europcar in Clapham Common.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Heathrow International Airport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Wandsworth Town.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Wandsworth Town Station.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  East Putney Station. It is 1.5 km from the hotel. Once you enlighten at East Putney, you change for train going to Wandsworth Town Station.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  No, sorry.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Wireless connection available.
