A cup of coffee or tea, cornflakes and a croissant, I mean....

A central located and nice hotel with the most important things you expect from a hotel: a clean place to sleep and shower. Breakfast: eat out!

We were placed in a basement room. We arrived after 9pm and our room was the last available room left, even though we had booked our room in advance and also stated that we would be arriving late at night. The bed was the worst we had slept in during our 6 week travels. The springs had gone and we were sleeping on lumps and bumps, very uncomfortable. We brought this up with the receptionist.

Location in relation to Victoria Station and the bus terminal. This is not made clear on the website. Also the time and distance to walk to the bus and underground. It's too expensive to take a taxi for the short distance.

O.K if you like small and pokey rooms. Location was excellent in relation to the Thames and Westminister.

I found the room clean but small and very noisy from street traffic. Breadfast good.

Found it hard to sleep because of traffic. Had to close the window, next morning, in order to make a phone call and switch on a fan to stay cool.

We initially received a dreadful room at the top of the house. Following a complaint we received a good room.

Other than the initial room. We were happy with out acommodation.
