• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before 11am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Prices are per studio per night and include VAT (tax).
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  No.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Portuguese, Spanish and French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  Studios are located on 4 floors. There is no lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Yes, all linen and towels are supplied.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Some.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Colour TV, but not satellite.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Direct dial telephone in all studios.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  No.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  No. Parking meters in front of the hotel. Next parking place is around the corner.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  London City 10.6 miles (17.1 km).
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Reception can arrange for cars or limousines as required.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Bayswater or Queensway.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Paddington Railway Station 0.7 miles (1.1 km).
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  Bayswater, less than 2 minutes walk.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  No.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No.
