The concierge refused to lock away our luggage when we first arrived. He said he would 'watch it.' We left for several hours touring while awaiting check-in (about 3pm, not mid-day as advertised). Although we were uncomfortable, nothing bad happened. The bellman, who had been on vacation when we arrived, locked up our backage during the check-out process and was much more helpful.

With two adult children accompanying us, we had specific requirements. We had two connecting studio appartments (very spacious) with a king in one and twin beds in the other. We had two bathrooms and two kitchenettes (well-equipped). This exceeded our expectations and we were very pleased.

Check-in is not really 'mid-day.' More like 3-4 pm. We arrived at 1pm and could not get into our room until late afternoon.
