  Check-in: from 12.00 p.m.

  The price is per Ap. per night.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  No, it's self -catering accomodation.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English and French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  Seven floors with two lifts.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, it's very quite area and our apartments are confortable and romantic.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Yes, everything is provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, all the rooms have TV with international channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?

• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?

• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  No, only public parking.

• Which is the nearest airport?
  Heatrow Airport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.

  Paddington Station few minutes away.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  Lancaster Gate 2 minutes away.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  Only on request for the small pets
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No.
