  The price is per room per night.

• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Spanish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  Twenty Nevern Square has 6 levels and there is a lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, rooms with four poster bed are particularly romantic.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Some rooms do have a terrace and some a balcony, but not all.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  TV in all rooms, but not satellite.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Telephone in all room.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
