They had trouble with the hot water heater and had to haver the plumber there almost the whole extent of our stay - we hafd hot water - they were great about making that a priority - except in the kitchen - but having the work done while we were there was a bit of a problem. The workman were as accommodating as they could be and were nice about not starting work before 9 but we did have to step around and over them all weekend. They did the best they could, and it was the kind of thing that could'nt be helped and in your own home you make the best of it - but you really don't expect to pay that kind of money and be inconvienineced like that.

Perfect for a family - wonderful location. Lots of room. Would stay there again.

We arrived early on a Saturday so no one was immediately available to welcome us. Our fault in that all arrangements were confirmed by email after we left US and I was not able to print out the voucher in advance. A housekeeper arrived very promptly after a phone call and we were very grateful to be able to leave out luggage until the proper check in time
