• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before 10am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Per apartment.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  No.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  A deposit may be required.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are up to three floors and most apartments can be accessed by lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  The Apartments are located in a quiet residential area.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Towels and bed linen are provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Some apartments have access to a terrace.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Some apartments have access to a balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Some.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  All apartments have a broadband connection available.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  On street parking.
• Where can we rent a car?
  At the airport or in London.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  London Heathrow.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes by prior arrangement.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  All the apartments have a closed bus-stop.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Sloane Square Tube.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  All the apartments have a closed underground stop.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No but there are health clubs near by.
• Are pets welcome?
  No.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  All apartments offer broadband internet access.
