  Yes, you may settle the bill on arrival.

• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 6 floors. There is a lift to all floors.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, there are quiet and romantic rooms.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Some rooms do have a terrace. Depending on availabilities requests can be made.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Some rooms do have a balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  All our rooms are non-smoking.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is Cable Tv in each room.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?

• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?

  No, there is no swimming pool.

  There is a limited space parking. Check before arrival.

  You may rent a car to be checked at the reception.

  London Heathrow Airport is the closest one.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes, we do have a shuttle service.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Westborne Grove or Hyde Park, Queensway are the nearest.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Paddington is the closest railway station.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  Bayswater. At the exit turn left, first street left again, then right turn to Ilchester Gardens leading down to Leinster Square. 5 minutes walk.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is no fitness center.
• Are pets welcome?
