• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check-in: 13.00 pm.
  Check out: 11.00 am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Per Room per Day.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  No it is not included, but guests can choose between the deluxe continental breakfast or english cooked breakfast.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Sure.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, Spanish, Italian and French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The building has 4 floors and 1 lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Well designed rooms, with double glazing windows in the front facing ones. The bedrooms all have Vi Sprung mattresses, goose-down quilts, Frette Linen and 6 pillows...the perfect love nest!
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  "The room at the top" provides a decked terrace overlooking Chelsea and South Kensington.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Some rooms have a balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Sydney House Chelsea is a non smoking hotel.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Flat screen TVs and DVD Player in every room + Sky Digital.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Air conditioning in every room, without any extra charge.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No but there is an ADSL fast internet connection in every room.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  No, but NCP car park 2 minutes walking distance from the hotel.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Ask reception.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Gatwick/Heathrow.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Sydney Street (Bus number 414/14).
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Victoria Station.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  South Kensington. Leave the station from the south exit, take Onslow Square and walk straight towards Theo Fennel shop on Fulham Road. Turn right into Fulham Road and then immediately left into Sydney Street. The hotel is located on the right hand side of the street, the main entrance is number 11.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No but we do have arrangements with local fitness center.
• Are pets welcome?
  No.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Room Service 24 hour + working lunches available on request.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Fast internet access in every room.
