Travellers Reviews

All in all, the hotel was located in a very quiet and nice neighbourhood, very close to the Swiss Cottage underground station, and within easy reach to the center of London.
Our family room was spacious, nicely decorated with a double bed and two single ones, shower gel and shampoo was provided on a daily basis as well as the bath towels were changed everyday.
The staff was very polite and friendly, and the breakfast (continental) was generous with a selection of cereal, fruits, juices, yoghurt, toasted bread, etc that would accommodate various dietary habbits.
I would definitely stay there again and recommend it without any hesitation.
In addition, I would like to thank you for the excellent services you provide to your customers, with the friendliness of your staff and the professional way you maintain the database of hotels.

The staff couldn't have been nicer or more accommodating. From check-in to check-out, and every occasion in between, the staff was great! ... The friendly and efficient staff. They were truly great and very responsive. ... The best value for the money we have ever experienced in Central London.

since the rooms have no A/C, screens on the windows would be helpful to keep out the flies. ... short walk to Tube and 24 hr market, very pleasant surroundings (neighborhood).
we chose Swiss Cottage because it was only a short walk from the hostel where our son was satying -- we were not disapppointed at all.
