• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 1pm, Check Out before 11am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, our continental breakfast is included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, payment is due on arrival.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, French, Portuguese and Spanish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are five floors including the basement and lift from the ground to the 3rd floor.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, our rooms are extremely quiet.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, they do not but some of the rooms have access to the garden.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, they do not.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we do, on request.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  All rooms have colour tv/dvd but at the moment only a few with digital box.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No, there is not.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, we do not but we offer free wireless access from all rooms.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  No.
• Where can we rent a car?
  In King's cross, 5 minutes far from us.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Heatrow airport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  King's Cross (200 meters).
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  King's Cross St Pancras station (200 meters far from us).
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  King's Cross station, less than 5 minutes walking.
  At King's Cross station there are the subway stops for the District, Circle, Hammersmith & City, Victoria and Northern lines.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  No, sorry.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can through wireless access.
