Staff was helpful and efficient. Breakfast was good on all days. I do wish the tea was a better blend though. Perhaps some different tea choices and flavors would be better. The refrigerator in our room wasn't working after the first day. It wasn't a big deal, but it would have been nice to be able to keep drinks cold. I appreciated the free internet. I would recommend including a list of nearby restaurants with descriptions or menus for the rooms. ... A nice, clean, comfortable, modern hotel.

I would have been grateful for a kettle and teapot in the room. The breakfast was a little cantine style ... Very safe and quiet. Ideal for a single lady

very happy with accommodation. Rooms a little small and so were bathroom but staff were always friendly , helpful and polite. Also was upgraded to a deluxe room for one night which was alot more spacious. Housekeeping was very good but maybe a little more dusting as desk and table lights were a little dusty. ( a small point ). Also, a kettle in the room would have been great.The dining area is smallish for breakfast which meant you were sitting quite close to the next person but breakfast staff were fantastic and breakfast was great. Maybe some more canned fruit for cereal would have been good. ... The price is fairly good value because of its very central location. It s downside is the size of the rooms and dining room but the quality of the furnishings is very tastefully done and the ambience is homely and warm. ... Would recommend it if the person would like a more boutique style hotel in a central location and likes a good standard of accommodation. very clean overall and homely.
