• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 1pm until 11am, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Prices are per room per night.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes included - English.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes you can.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English - Polish - Romanian - Afrikaans - Scottish - Xhosa - Russian - French - Spanish - Punjabi.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  St George Hotel has 4 floors, no lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes our back rooms are quiet and some at the back even have airconditioning.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Some rooms have balconies.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes in some of the Superior Rooms. These rooms are more expensive.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, on extra charge.
• Where can we rent a car?
  From a local Rental Company.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  London Heathrow about 20 km.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes, on extra charge.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  In Gloucester Place.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Paddington Station, 1.5 km.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  Baker Street Tube Station (5 minutes away) - Marble Arch Tube Staiton (5 minutes).
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  No, except Guide Dogs.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, modem points in all rooms.
