• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check in - midday
  Check out - 11.00 am
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  All our prices are per room per night.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, breakfast is included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes. Guests can settle their bill upon the arrival or departure.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, Greek, Italian, Polish, German.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  Since our hotel is a listed building of Georgian character and is under preservation order, we don't have a lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  One half of our rooms are facing the street, the other half if facing the quiet mews. All the rooms are private & with a little effort can be made romantic.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, they have not.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, they have not.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we have.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, all our rooms have satellite TV.
  
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, all our rooms have a telephone with direct dialling, and modem points.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No, there is no air conditioning.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, there is internet conncetion possibility in all rooms.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  A garage can be arranged, and NCP is around the corner.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Hertz or Avis in Marble Arch.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Heathrow - 21 miles.
  Gatwick - 35 miles.
  London City - 10 miles.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, but the public bus shuttle stops are very close to our hotel.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Russell Square to Heathrow.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Euston is the nearest station.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  Goodge Street on the Northern Line. Five Minute Walk.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  No, they are not.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes, there is.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, it is possible.
