- At what time can we check-in and out?
All accommodations, Check In from 11am, Check Out before 10.30am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in. - Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
All prices are per room per night including service and VAT. - Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
Full English buffet breakfast is complimentary for our guests. - Can we settle the bill on arrival?
Credit card details are required to guarantee the reservation(s). The bill can be settled on arrival by cash or credit card etc. - Which languages are spoken at the reception?
English, French, Spanish, Portuges, Italy, Hindi & Urdu. - How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
There are six floors in total served by two elevators. - Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
All rooms are decorated to a similar standard and the are no themed rooms. - Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
Some rooms facing the street have a terrace/balcony. - Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
Some rooms facing the street have a terrace/balcony. - Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
Non-smoking rooms are limited therefore only available on individual request basis hence may not be available at all times (depending on our booking schedule). - Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
Yes, there is a TV with international channels (SkyOne, SkySports, SkySports2, SkySports3, SkyNews, CNN, CNBC, Discovery, Playboy/Adult Channels) to name a few. - Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
All rooms are equipped with direct dial telephones, voicemail and data ports. - Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
No, there is not. Only in the reception, lounge, bar and restaurant there is air conditioning. - Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
Yes, we do. - Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
There is no swimming pool on the property but the it a gym/ sport centre within minutes walking distance. - Is parking or garage available?
There is a Masterpark minutes away. Our guests are entitled to 25% discount- please enquire at the reception for details. - Where can we rent a car?
A range of cars are available to rent. Further details and arrangements can be made by the reception. - Which is the nearest airport?

Hotel shuttle service is available at a cost. - Which is the nearest bus-stop?
The bus-stop is just outside our hotel. - Which is the nearest railway station?
Victoria Station - Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
We are less than ten minutes walking distance from Victoria Coach, Rail and Underground Station(s) and a few minutes from Pimlico Underground Station. [From Victoria Station you can take the Wilton Road exit (near platform one), turn right and walk straight down Wilton Road which will take you to Denbigh Street. Walk down Denbigh Street until you come to Belgrave Road. Turn left and walk down until you see the SIDNEY HOTEL London-Victoria]. [From Pimlico Station walk down Lupus Street and turn right on to St George's Square which follows on to Belgrave Road. Walk down passing Moreton Street until you see SIDNEY HOTEL London-Victoria]. [Bus number 24 stops outside of the Hotel]. The SIDNEY HOTEL London-Victoria is situated on the junction of Belgrave Road and Charlwood Street. - Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
There is no fitness center in the property but the Queen Mothers Sport Centre is within minutes walking distance away. - Are pets welcome?
No, pets are strictly not permitted. - Is there a restaurant in the Property?
The restaurant on the property is only open for breakfast service. - Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
Yes, there are data ports in all rooms for dial-up internet access.
