• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before 11am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Continental breakfast is included in rooms' rate.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  French, Serbo-Croatian, German, Turkish, Polish, Russian, Greek, Bulgarian.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  Four floors and lift goes up to the third floor.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  We are a non smoking establishment.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  TV in all accommodations.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Telephone in all accommodations.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No. But we can give information about where to go.
• Is parking or garage available?
  National Car Park directly opposite our building.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Hertz.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  London Heathrow.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Can be arranged.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Sloane Street.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Victoria station 1.5 km.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  Knightsbridge tube station - 250 metres away.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  No.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  We have both Wireless and ADSL connections available in the building. The wireless is available in the room. The ADSL connection is available in out of office hours in our office.
