Infromation about the hotel services and use of telephone and other services was clearly outlined at arrival as well as from simple literature in the room.
Laundry service was excellent even when rushed.
Overall the staff displayed a high degree of professionalism and were very willing to deal with service demands.

I had very good friends who invited me over to stay with them while in London and yet i found myself at the Hotel every night! (well in the wee hours of the morning)
