• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before 11am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The prices quoted are based on per room per night.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Continental buffet breakfast is included in the price. Guests may upgrade to a plated Full Hot English breakfast for an additional rate.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Guests can pay in advance on arrival for total accommodation bill.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  4 floor and 2 lifts are in the building.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes on request.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, they have not.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, they have not.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes we have non smoking rooms on request.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  All rooms have televisions offering satelite channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes all phones are direct dial.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  The Executive double rooms are airconditioned and they are at the quoted room rate.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  There is one PC in the Atrium Lounge offering access to the internet, alternative.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Valet Parking (off site) is avilable.
• Where can we rent a car?
  There are several car rental offices located within the vicinity of the hotel.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  London Heathrow.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we have not.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Outside the hotel.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Victoria Station.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  Glocester Road is approx 50 metres walk.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  No, they are not.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes, Ten Tables Restaurant.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes vis the telephone in the room.
