• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before 11am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Prices are per room per night.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  A full continental buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  All bills are payable on arrival to the hotel.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, French, Polish, Creol, Arabic.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  Rushmore Hotel has 6 floors. The hotel does not yet have a lift, but sufficient plans are being made.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All our rooms are quiet but we will certainly do our utmost to accommodate you in a romantic room if this is specified.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  A few of our rooms do have balconies.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  We do have non-smoking rooms.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  All rooms offer cable television.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Our rooms are equipped with individually controlled central heating but no air conditioning. However cooler fans are available from the Reception.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, we do have internet access in reception.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  On street parking is available to the guests on meter bays. There is a public car park around the corner from the hotel.
• Where can we rent a car?
  You can rent a car directly from the airport.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  London Heathrow about 20 km.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, but we can arrange for a minicab to take you to the airport.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  In Warwick Road.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Victoria Station 5km.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  The nearest tube station is Earls Court, just a minute's walk from the hotel.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No. But there is a gym 5 minutes from the hotel.
• Are pets welcome?
  No.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No.
