Cancellation of a booking should be done PROMPTLY. Unless notice of cancellation is received at least 48 HOURS prior to your arrival date, we reserve the right to charge for 1 night. Group bookings require one month's notice of cancellation.
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 48 hours before your arrival date. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE" |
