  • At what time can we check-in and out?
    Check-in: after 2 pm.
    Check-out: before Midday.
  • Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
    Prices are always per room per night.
  • Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
    Continental breakfast is included only in weekend rates.
  • Can we settle the bill on arrival?
    The bill should be settled and signed for on departure to make sure we have covered all possible extras.
  • Which languages are spoken at the reception?
    English. Sometimes: German, French, Arabic, Greek, Polish and Italian.
  • How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
    There are 7 floors. We do have a lift.
  • Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
    All rooms are very quiet. Some of our rooms have romantic four poster beds.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
    Only a few of the rooms have balconies. We also have a back patio/garden to the hotel.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
    Only a few.
  • Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
    We do have non smoking rooms. Please request when booking.
  • Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
    Satellite TV is available in all rooms.
  • Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
    There is DDI lines connected to all rooms.
  • Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
    All rooms have air conditioning and you can also change your room temprature all year around.
  • Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
    All rooms have broadband connection for laptops.
  • Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
    The property does not have a swimming pool.
  • Is parking or garage available?
    There are hotel parking spaces. Only subject to availability.
  • Where can we rent a car?
    Our concierge can help you arrange that.
  • Which is the nearest airport?
    Heathrow Airport is approx. 22 miles/ 15 km away and takes only 20 minutes to go to via the nearby Heathrow express at Paddington station.
  • Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
    No, but we can arrange taxis or private cars from our concierge.
  • Which is the nearest bus-stop?
    Bus No. 12 - 3 min. walk or all major buses that leaves from Paddington station- 3 min. walk.
  • Which is the nearest railway station?
    Paddington station. - 3 min. walk.
  • Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
    Paddington station or lancaster gate station- both within 3 min. walk.
  • Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
    No, there is not.
  • Are pets welcome?
    No, they are not.
  • Is there a restaurant in the Property?
    No, but we do offer 24 hour room service and complimentary afternoon tea with warm scones.
  • Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
    Yes, via the broadband connection.
