• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check-in: from 01.30 pm.
  Check-out: before 11.30 am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Prices are per room per night and exclude VAT (tax).
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Breakfast is not included. Continental Breakfast is at guests' disposal with an extra charge.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  French and Italian.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The hotel has 4 floors.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Although our bedrooms do not have balconies the hotel has a lovely courtyard garden that guests can enjoy.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  In the local area and our concierge will be happy to provide more info.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Ask the concierge.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  London City 6.8 miles (10.9 km).
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No however our concierge can arrange taxis or cars to collect guests.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Farringdon Station.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Barbican Railway Station 0.1 miles (0.2 km).
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  Farringdon Station is less than 2 minutes away.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Computer plugs in all rooms.
