Accommodations

Each of The Rookery's 33 bedrooms is unique having been furnished with individual antiques dating from 18th and early 19th century. Each named after real people who actually lived in the buildings more than 100 years ago. Even the bathroom fittings are genuine antiques, all lovingly restored.

The Rook's Nest: is the hotel's suite. Situated over two levels with a 40ft spire ceiling it boasts views across London's rooftops, from St Paul's to the Old Bailey. The lower level bedroom is flanked by an ornately sculptured bed in one corner and a lace curtained Edwardian bathing machine in another.

Deluxe Rooms: these two large ground floor rooms are unique. One has a lower level bathroom with free standing Victorian bath whilst the other is dominated by a huge solid panelled oak bed.

Double Rooms: the hotel's 24 double rooms are for single or double occupancy. Each has been individually furnished with hand-picked antique furniture, carved oak 18th century beds, fine oil-paintings, persian carperts, work desks and seating areas. Particular attention has been paid to the bathrooms, all of which have original Victorian cast iron fittings and burnished copper pipe work.

Single Rooms: the hotel has just 6 single rooms. These rooms are only slightly smaller than the double rooms and are furnished with the same style.
