Staff should be informed about planned doings outside of hotel. We were prisoners due to a parade of football aithout any notification by reception.

reception staff was OK, breakfast staff could have been more welcoming ... I think I was expecting a better service regarding the price paid. However I might have underestimated the location of the hotel in my booking choice.
