We are almost in year 2008 and not all the rooms have wi-fi. At least not mine! As you are in London mainly for business, that is a 'must' that was not provided during my stay. Only at the reception wi-fi was available.
Also, our room was close to the elevator's technical room. The elevator noise was very clear earable all night long All the elevator stops for all the 15-something floors. Suggestion: don't take the top floors. Nice, beautiful view on Regent's Park, but you need the earplugs to sleep there.
