• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Checkin time is usually 12 noon but sometimes ealier check-in is possible although guests may register and leave their luggage with the Receptionist until check-in time.
  The check-out time is 10.30 am
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, full English Breakfast is included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, French, Asian.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  Lower Ground floor plus 4 upper floor. The hotel has a midern lift leading to each floor.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, there are.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, they have not.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Yes, three rooms have a balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Three are non smoking.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Each room has a remote-controlled TV with national and satellite channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  We do not have air conditioning. In a hotel such as Regency, the rooms are wiyh high ceilings and well ventilated both during the summer and winter.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Not yet.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  There is street parking, maximum time allowed to park is 2 hours when you must move your vehicle to another parking space not in the same street. Cost £1 for 20 minutes. there is also an NCP Car Park in Chiltern Street ( 2 minutes' walk)- cot £3 per hour or about 18 per day.
• Where can we rent a car?
  In Baker Street or through Hertz or Avis nera Oxford Street.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  City Airport, 15 km.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we have not.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Baker Street.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  King's Cross, St Pancras, Marylebone.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  The nearest underground is Baker Street. From Baker Street station, turn left inot Marylebone Road, Walk past Madame Tussaud's Museum and look out for Nottingham Place on the opposite side of the road, past University of Westminster.
  
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  There is newly refurbished Fitness Centre, Seymour Centre, which is open to the public at very reasonable admission charges. Swimming pool and full gym facilities. About 10 minutes' walk from the hotel.
• Are pets welcome?
  No, they are not.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  As the locality provides excellent dining facilites ranging from pubs offering food and drink superb wine bars open till late, to fast food to a variety of restaurants within minutes from the hotel, we do not have a restaurant.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes in some rooms only at present.
