It was OK, but we didn't know that we must pay in advance if we pay via cash. We had to look our room, before we paid.
The receptionist didn't glad that we want to see the room before we pay. ... There wasn't any heating, except a poor little electric one. We cold. I had cold because of it.
The room was clean but there was stains on the wall, there was torn on the wallpaper and the bed... well, the room could be in better condition, but clean. The bathroom was OK, clean, but the shower... wow, it was really small! ... I wouldn't recommend the hotel in fall-winter, because as a turist we had two choices: we have heating (what we didn't feel too much) or we have recharged accu for our photo and telephone, because there was ONLY ONE (!) electric plug-in.

The staff were helpful and serviceminded beyond our expectations. The street were Reem hotel is situated however seemed to be a bit of a puzzle to most taxi drivers. (but we managed) ... The staff was incredible in all stages ... none it all went smoothly ... the reception should be shown on the website. ... clean, good, incredible staff.

We are Americans. We found the address hard to locate since it is on a square. Unlike in America, the same street name goes all the way around the square, but only on one side of the street (backing up to the square), so to us it seemed there were four different streets all with the same name. But we figured it out. ... Spaces were a bit smaller than expected, but that is probably just because we come from a less urban environment. In San Francisco in the U.S. space and size of rooms are not much different, but in the midwest of America where we live, rooms, halls, etc. are more spacious. The breakfast was more generous than we expected. ... The exchange rate with the dollar now makes everything in London feel like not good value for our money, but that is not the fault of the Hotel. ... Without exception, all of the staff at the Reem Hotel were the most cheerful, friendly and accommodating of any hotel we have visited. ... For its price range the Reem Hotel was quite satisfactory. The room was small and the building is old, but well maintained and clean, providing all that we needed for our visit. The breakfasts were simple but generous.

The room was very small, very cold and VERY noisy. It was in the basement. I think people should be told if they are expected to stay in the basement. ... Staff was nice although difficult to understand. If you are an American you will not be happy staying here. Our worst Hotels in the US are probably on par with this.

The directions are a little off. The streets are different than what the directions have down. ... I have stayed in some less than favorable conditions in London for about the same amount of money. I would come back to The Reem Hotel for sure, everything was great.

WE found the room small for two people. There was hardly any spare space for luggage. The TV is located too high up and one has to lay down flat on the bed before he can watch it. Otherwise, the room is cosy and adequate and comfortable. The breakfast was good and generous. ... The reception was very kind. We were allowed to store our luggages at the reception for nearly a day until our flight in the evening without charge. ... No. ... A nice and cosy stay with friendly and helpful reception, good breakfast. But watch out, room may be small, be ready to cramp in!!

It was a basic room with everything you needed, it was cosy and for the time of year very warm [that was without the radiator on]. It was very quite and peaceful, ALL the staff were very friendly and helpful. We hopefully in the future we will be going back.

Our room was very clean, private, had everything was offered we even had a balcony, maybe the only thing I can say it is to be a triple room was not too spacious but for us was ok because none other hotel gave us a room. ... It was very kind the Reem Hotel could keep our luggage for a while. ... Well I think it is good idea to provide information about phone calls (in uk and international phone calls) in particular the prices or at least give information in a sheet in each room. ... It is a good place, very comfortable, the location is excellent from there you can reach the best places in London. It is safe and the price is ok as well, I really enjoyed the breakfast and coffee and tea in the room.

the lift was out of order what made some difficulties in reaching the third floor, there were some problems with hot water on the third floor while everything was all right on the first floor ... as the aim of my stay was to do as much sightseeing as possible it was very convenient that I could leave my luggage at the reception desk after chech out ... friendly ,reasonably priced

I was asked to pay for my entire stay on arrival, which was different from what was stated in the reservation form...but it was OK, no problem ! :)) ... The room was cleaned every day. Breakfast was good. ... NONE ... NONE ... The hotel and the rooms were clean and silent; maybe the rooms were a bit too small but they are OK if you are a tourist in London ! :))

The room was so small that 2 persons had no chance to stay in this room for a longer time. The same is to say about the bed. I think it was generally a room for one person. What a pity!! ... No ... Charmfull, quiet

Tell them to be careful with the heating!! I'm sure we were at 35 degrees!!! ... Nice, clean and small room, but a little bit expensive (as all the accomodations in London)

The hotel is difficult to locate as Princes Square is more than just a square. The taxi driver took 10 minutes dring in cicles to locate the place.

The arrivel went fine. The staff was nice and polite. ... Sence we didnt use the room that mutch it was ok, but if we were staying there for a longer periode we would not choose this hotel again! ... went fine. They just had at hard time finding out if we had already paid or not. ... Hmm..No I think the most of the inofrmation was told at this website. ... The place is very nice, but the staff at the breakfast was quite depressing, and thats not the one thing you want to meet first in the morning. The room was quite small, and we did not get lots of slepp, cause there was so mutch noise.

The hotel had no record of my internet booking although this had been made one month in advance. On my first night I was placed in a double room and was informed that I would have to move the next day. I was in London to attend a conference and was away from 8am until approximatley 9pm and returned to discover that I had been moved to a small basement room which was damp and had ripped wallpaper. In this instance I was unhappy with my accomodation.

It felt as if I got a worse room because I only paid half the regular fee. (£35) I was placed in a single room in the basement, which of course fulfilled my requests for a single room, but if I would go back there I would have asked for a room above ground.
The lady in the reception did not know that the Continental Breakfast was included. ... My view from the window was a v. small cemented back yard where the cleaners but the garbage. Much noice. ... It is in a very nice area! A lot of shopping and people, I was not afraid walking to the hotel from the tube in the evening. ... The hotel and area seemed really nice (I am thinking about moving to the area). The cleaners were more helpful than the actual staff. If you go there, please ensure that you get a room on the first floor or higher.

The photos show a double bed with access from either side. My room was very small - a single room with a double bed in it rather than a proper-sized double room. The bed was against the wall, with access from one side only. The 'headboard' which was attached to the wall, only went halfway across the bed - the remainder of the 'headboard' was the radiator under the window. Neither the telephone nor the bedside light was connected - there being no suitable connection point in reach of the items. Hot water pressure was extremely low, taking a full minute to fill the handbasin. The safe was locked shut. The shaver point had twin sockets which were unmarked (re 110v or 230v). The wall mounting for the TV was so low and in such a position that I had to duck under it to access the shower-room and bed (I am 6 feet tall). ... A clean, budget, no frills hotel, suitable for a short stay. Conveniently located and one that I would use again (at the same price - if charged full price, it would not be good value)
