I ordered two days (23+24/oct) on-line and one day by phone (26/oct) and the reception confirmed that we would get a room at Hyde Park Radnor or at the other property that belongs to the same owner. I checked this when I arrived and it was confirmed. But when me and my wife came the 26 there was no room for us!
Conclusion: LondonBy works perfect, but the reservation by phone doesn't work at all!
(Luckily we got a room from Balmoral guest house close to)

The mattresses are too hard. A soft mattress-case would be a good idea.
Towels were not changed daily.

Very friendly we were there early but as room was ready we were let in - no problem

Some of the staff at breakfast time were very snappy and not very polite. We asked for a refill of tea on morning and as it had just turned 9 0 clock our request was greeted with scorn! I know , technically they were in the right but many hotels in Ireland would be a little more flexible to people on holidays. This was our only problems however and really it is a minor one.

We good - they let us leave our bags in reception until we were going to catch our flight home. Very nice and helpful

The room was small but clean and in very good condition. I was completely satisfied with my stay at the Hyde Park Radnor and will stay there again on my next trip.

A small budget hotel near Paddington Station with a very good English breakfast. There are several nice pubs nearby.

Staff was very nice except the man who's on night shift when I was there (don't know his name). Acted like he could have cared less, and not helpful at all.

The bed room stank of old smoke and as a non smoker I found this very unpleasant. Could this be highlighted on booking in future?
breakfast was served until 09.00 hrs--- very early finish
by 10 mins past staff were dusting the dado rails around us and noise from the kitchen was excessive
table cloths were cleaned by blowing the crumbs off the table !!

Unexpectedly I was charged a 3 percent credit card fee by the hotel.

The location was the best feature - at least for my stay. Its proximity to Paddington Station made it easy to access all of London
