• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before 10.30am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Prices are per room per day.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  English Breakfast, and continental Breakfast included.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, Spanish, italian, and german.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 6 floors, including basement, and there is a lift to all floors.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Some rooms located at the rear elevation of the hotel.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Small balcony area on front first floor elevation.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No air conditioning. Electric fans supplied.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No. Internet cafe nearby, however installation in the near future.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  No.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Hertz, alamo, easy car, within walking distance.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  City airport and London Heathrow.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  We can arrange a private taxi cab pick-up.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  On Sussex Gardens, and Pread street, Appro 3 - 4 min walk.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Paddington Station underground, and main line. Approximately 4 minute walk to the hotel.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  Paddington Station, served by the circle line, hammersmith & city, district and bakerloo line. 4 minute walk into london street cross over sussex gardens into sussex place. Approximately 4 min walk to the hotel.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  No.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No. for future installation.
