• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check-in: after 2.00 pm.
  Check-out: before 11.00 am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Price is per room/suite.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Continental Breakfast is included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, subject to any additional charges which may arise during your stay to be settled on departure.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  French, German, Italian.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are seven floors and one lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All of the rooms are quiet due to the location. For that really special stay we recommend our Traditional 4 Poster Rooms and our Studio Suites.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, but many rooms overlook the garden in the square, which is open to guests.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Most of our rooms are non-smoking and this includes all of our Deluxe rooms and Studio Suites.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  All rooms have TV with satellite channels including international news programmes.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  All rooms have at least one telephone with a data port. Dialling requires a "9" before the number.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  There is not yet air conditioning but we anticipate installing this during 2004 - hopefully before the summer! There will be no additional charge for this amenity.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  There is a data port in each room and an Internet/E-mail PC in the Lobby. We now also have Wireless High Speed Internet Access in all rooms and in the Lobby.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  There is no swimming pool at the hotel but an excellent pool quite nearby that is open until late.
• Is parking or garage available?
  The hotel has no car park and parking is very restricted in the square. However, there is a large car park 5 minutes walk from the hotel at Lancaster Gate.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Please speak to your Receptionist who has details of car hire.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  London Heathrow is the nearest but all London airports are in easy reach. The Heathrow Express (train) leaves Heathrow every 15 minutes and has a journey time of 15 minutes to Paddington Station - a few minutes walk from the hotel.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we do not operate our own shuttle but your Receptionist can arrange a shuttle for you at reasonable charge.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  There are a large number of bus stops by Paddington Station - 3 minutes walk from the hotel.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Paddington Station.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  Paddington (subway) Station is 3 minutes walk from the hotel and has 4 lines to all parts of central London. Coming out of the subway station into Praed Street turn right and then first right again into London Street. Follow this down to Sussex Gardens, turn right again into Sussex Gardens and then immediately right again into Talbot Square.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  The hotel does not have its own fitness centre but there is an extensive fitness centre 10 minutes walk from the hotel.
• Are pets welcome?
  Well behaved pets are welcome at no additional charge.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  The Clarence Restaurant is open for Breakfast. There is a wide range of alternative restaurants both in the immediate area and in London's West End.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, there is a data port in each room. We now also have Wireless High Speed Internet Access in all rooms.
