  • At what time can we check-in and out?
    Check-in: after 2.00 pm.
    Check-out: before 11.00 am.
  • Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
    The price is quoted per room, per night.
  • Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
    Continental Breakfast is included in the price quoted.
  • Can we settle the bill on arrival?
    Yes, subject only to any additional charges which you may incur during the course of your stay.
  • Which languages are spoken at the reception?
    French, Spanish and Italian.
  • How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
    Four floors and 1 Elevator (lift).
  • Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
    Due to the location of the hotel in a quiet leafy street, all of the rooms are quiet.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
    None of the room in the hotel have a terrace or courtyard.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
    None of the rooms have a balcony as this is a modern, purpose built hotel.
  • Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
    Most rooms in the hotel are Non Smoking rooms.
  • Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
    All rooms have TV, which has satellite channels including an international news channel.
  • Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
    All rooms have a direct dial 'phone - you just have to dial a "9" before your number.
  • Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
    There is not at present any air conditioning in the hotel.
  • Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
    Yes, there are dataports in the telephones in each room and Internet/E-mail terminals for guests' use in the lobby.
  • Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
    There is not a swimming pool at the hotel but there is a large pool in the O2 leisure Centre, 2 minutes walk away.
  • Is parking or garage available?
    There is ample FREE car parking (open) at the hotel for our guests.
  • Where can we rent a car?
    Please speak to your Receptionist on arrival who will have local contact details for all the main car hire companies.
  • Which is the nearest airport?
    London City Airport has a direct rail link to Finchley & Frognal Station - just 3 minutes walk to the hotel. The journey time is around 40 minutes. London Heathrow is the next closest and has excellent rail and subway links to central London.
  • Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
    We do not operate our own shuttle service but you can speak to your receptionist to arrange a shuttle collection to take you to the airport at reasonable cost.
  • Which is the nearest bus-stop?
    The nearest bus stop is Finchley Road, just 2 minutes from the hotel and with 3 separate routes to London's West End.
  • Which is the nearest railway station?
    The nearest rail station is Finchley & Frognal station, just 3 minutes walk from the hotel. The nearest Mainline Station is Euston Station - a short taxi ride from the hotel.
  • Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
    The nearest subway stop is Finchley Road on the Jubilee and Metropolitan Lines and 3 minutes walk from the hotel. When leaving the station by the only exit, turn left into Finchley Road, walk up to just past the 02 Leisure Centre, cross the road and Frognal and the hotel is just there.
  • Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
    There is no fitness centre in the hotel but there is a good fitness centre in the )2 Leisure Centre 2 minutes walk away.
  • Are pets welcome?
    Well behaved pets are welcome at no extra charge.
  • Is there a restaurant in the Property?
    The Restaurant in the hotel is open for Breakfast only. However, there is a wide range of restaurants both in the immediate area of the hotel and in London's West End.
  • Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
    Yes, there is a dataport in the telephone in your room, you just need to set up your dial up settings to dial "9" before your number.
