• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check in 15h00, check out 11.a.m.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Price are per room per night.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Continental breakfast is inclusive in the price, English breakfast available upon an extra fee.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Bill must be settled upon arrival.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  German, French, Hindi, Tamil and Portuguese.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  We do have a lift and we have 5 floors.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  We do have limited amount of quiet room.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Tv have 4 satellite channels Mtv, Tcm, Skynews and CNN.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Only NCP.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Hertz in Marble Arch.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Heathrow Airport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Paddington.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Paddington Station.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  From Paddington Turn to the HSBC Bank (Craven Road) down the raod at the end of the second block (2mins).
  From Lancaster gate turn right cross over onto loucester terrace till the traffic lights (2 mins).
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  No.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes.
