  We have a multilanguage staff.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  We have four floors, with rooms accessible by lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, all rooms are very quiet and private.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, we do not have a rooms with terrace or courtyard.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, we do not have a rooms with balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  All bedrooms are non-smoking.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  All bedrooms are with remote control Satellite TV.
  
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, Direct Dial Telephones in all the rooms.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No, there is not air conditioning.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, there is an Internet point.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not a swimming pool.

  Nearby Pay to Park.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Paddington Station 1 km.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Heathrow airport, 20 km.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Is possible reserve a shuttle service from and to the airport.

• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?

  No, sorry pets are not allowed.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No restaurant but there are many nearby. We have a fully licensed Bar.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, all rooms with Internet access.
