  All accommodations, Check In from midday, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, a continental breakfast is included in the room rates.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are four floors and one elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, our rooms are really private and romantic. We have for example a huge Vicorian four poster room.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, they have not.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, they have not.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we have.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is a sat tv in each room.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, but only in Attic Rooms.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, we have.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, parking is available.
• Where can we rent a car?
  At the airport or just ask our reception desk.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  London Heathrow.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  We can order a cab to airport or a pick up, but guest have to pay the cab fee.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Notting Hill Gate.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Paddington Station.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  Notting Hill Gate.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  Not in the property, but there is Health Club facilities 4 minutes walk, including swimming, sauna, steam room massage, hairdressing and Nautilus gymnasium.
• Are pets welcome?
  No, they are not.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Not in the property, but Hotel residents will receivea 10% dicount at Julie's Restaurant.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can.
