I cnnot say anything about the directions to find the hotel. I already know London quite well and didn't need help.
The recptionists are all welcoming and helpful.

A small hotel, famiiar and friendly, well situated from apoint of view of public transport and near a commercial street(Old Nottingham),on a rather quiet street.
The place is unfortunately filled with artifical flowers, which for myself I do not like. But this is subjective and not very important.

Everything was ok

Everything was pretty well fine with only minor niggles eg tv remote control didn't work, one of the bedside light switches was actually behind the headboard and the room appeared to be just about in need of redecoration

Unfortunately I had to change dates which resulted in a change of rooms available.

Unfortunately due to the change in dates we did not enjoy the same level of acommodation. Otherwise the hotel was more or less as described. Good area.

Appears to be a double entry in debit card charging. Will pursue with Hotel Management.

It was referred to as a 'boutique hotel' on the website (I think?) but I wouldn't go so far as to say it was in that category.

Very small lift, suitable for two persons maximum!
Some of the rooms require going up another few set of stairs (not serviced by the lift).
