We came by train and arrived a couple of hours early, although we could'nt check in the reception staff were very helpfull and allowed us to store our luggage until we returned later in the afternoon ... Although the rooms were clean and tidy they were a bit cramped and the bathroom was very small ... The bill was more than expected because we had an english breakfast which I thought was included in the price, it needs to be made more clear in the details that only a continental breakfast is included ... All the details that pertained to me were included on the website, on the whole your description is accurate ... Good value for a short stay, in a really good position for seeing the sites of London

The staff was the worst that I have ever experienced with domestic or international travel. When trying to inquire about Restaurants we were directed to 'chain type' establishments. When we noted that we we're not interested in this type of establishment the comment was made 'well I don't eat in this area so I really don't know about the Restaurants' ... During our stay there were 2 other parties that were as displeased [we overheard their comments to the management] with the quality of the hotel and it's service. Regarding our room we had to ask numerious times for a fan due to the rooms not having air conditioning and there was no air movement within the room. ... Please see my comments at #5 and #10. Additionally their idea of a continential breakfast was nothing more than a croisant, roll, canned fruit, corn flakes [cereal] along with coffee, tea and warm orange juice. ... I would not recommmend this hotel to any friend, associate, aquaintance or even a stranger. There are to many alternatives available as we found out later.

I arrived early, so my room was not yet ready. However, they were very helpful and offered to store my luggage while I go sight-seeing.I was impressed as I didn't ask and did not have to pay extra ... Room was small, but very private, clean and quiet ... Again they were willing to store my luggage without any extra charge ... Safe area as it is situated closely to the Whiteley's shopping centre and as there is a lot of activity at night on the main street close to the hotel ... Great location, friendly and helpful staff, good rooms and good breakfast (although they might offer different choices on different days for the continental breakfast)

Friendly, efficiently run hotel. Staff were helpful and the rooms were a good size, clean and the bathroom was modern. The hotel is situated in a good location, we actually walked into the centre of London. The weather that weekend was very hot and although the room did not have air-conditioning 2 large fans were provided.

Toilet and bed was smaller than I expected. Good cleanness, good continental breakfast ... Euro cash was not accepted. Only Pounds and credit card. I think this is not very 'European'. ... Euro cash not accapted. Only Pounds and credit card. Near to Underground station (less than 5 min. walk) ... Lovely and quiet place, very near to Undergroud station and with a good continental breakfast.

You should list whether you have air conditioning, although the weather was cool, if it had been hot, the rooms would have been too warm. The television was horrible, thank goodness that London has so much to do! As I'm sure you've heard from many americans, there should be no smoking sections in the hotel. The elevator is slow and a little small for a family of 5 each with their own suitcase. The ladies at the desk were wonderfully helpful to us. thanks. ... A slice of London life.

The best part of this hotel is that it's located in the vicinity of two tube stations, namely: Bayswater and Queensway ... The breakfast has somehow limited choices. The wireless internet was very fast, but it kept disconnecting after short intervals. ... I found staff efficient and courteous. ... I think you should mention it that it's located in the vicinity of Bayswater and Queensway tube station. ... Small, quiet, easyily accessible

High standard of rooms compared to other London hotels in the same price category (50 GBP). ... Excellent value for money in beautiful residential garden square, five minutes walk from Notting Hill and Kensington Gardens.

Convenient to the tube, Kensington Palace and as reasonably priced as expected in London.

My room did not have air conditioning. Also, the lock on the room door seemed very flimsy and not very sturdy. In addition, althought the bathroom had been updated, the room itself had very dated decor and an old bed. ... Good location with being close to the tube. However, the room is sub par.
