My daughter and I arrived soaking wet ( it was rainig heavily). We were welcomed with a hot cup of tea and homemade cake. Anne is a superb hostess and immediately we felt as if we were in a home away from home.

I have travelled extensively and usually choose quality bed and breakfasts, Pepys Road rates in the highest quality.

Once again Anne had everything prepared efficiently. She also told us which bus would suit us for our trip around London.

Sitting in the wonderful dining room having our breakfast, and looking out at the wonderful garden. Also the view from our large spacious bedroom out to the garden was spectacular.

I would say it is an elegant home away from home. There is a warm welcome but also you feel part of the family without feeling that you are intruding. I would highly recommend it, there is good public transport there if you dont wish to drive.
