• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before 10am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room, per night.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  The breakfast provided is included in the price and is continental. For a double room it would be 2 glasses of Orange juice, 2 Croissants, 2 sweet pastries, 2 jam, 2 butter, 2 bowls of cornflakes, & tea/coffee. An alternative of fruit and yoghart is also available for those on diets at the same cost. We also offer a Full English breakfast for an extra.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, Russian, French and Polish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 3 floors, without the lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  There are very private and romantic rooms.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, they do not have.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Some of them do have.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we do.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is a Satellite Tv in all rooms.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No, there is not.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, we do.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, it is available at an extra charge.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Edgeware Road...5 minutes walking.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Heathrow.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we do not have.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Edgeware Road.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Paddington...10 mins walk.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  Edgeware road is the nearest tube stop: leave station, walk pass Marks & Spencer, turn left onto Edgeware road, turn right at first major junction: this is Sussex gardens, hotel is corner building at end of first block on the right.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  No, sorry they are not welcome.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there is not.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can.
