• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check-in: from 3pm.
  Check-out: before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Prices are per room per day.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Both prices are available.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  French, German and, of course, English.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  Parkes Hotel has 7 floors with lift.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Some of them.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?

  Not within the hotel but available parking meters in the surroundings.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Ask the concierge.

  Heathrow.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes, on request for additional charge.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Knightsbridge station, 200 metres from the hotel.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Victoria Station about 2 km.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  Knightsbridge station, 200 metres from the hotel.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  For additional charge we offer access to nearby health club, with use of Swimming pool, sauna, gym & Jacuzzi.
• Are pets welcome?
  No.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes.
