 Parkes Hotel has 33 rooms, 14 of these rooms are suites comprising of a bedroom, separate lounge 1 or 2 bathrooms and a kitchenette. Many of the rooms can be combined or connected to create larger accommodations suitable for both families and business associates alike. Following a full refurbishment programme in 2001 which has resulted in all the accommodation being upgraded, all rooms now include full marble bathrooms with heated floors and 12" high pressure shower roses. The use of sumptuous fabrics and rich colours has resulted in producing elegant and comfortable accommodation with unique style. Rich Oak panelling compliments the Lounge and Reception areas. |
 - 4 Single rooms (approx. 16 sq.m.). Comprises of a bedroom with a single bed, desk with data port and extensive personal bar. Separate shower room. Can combine with a Deluxe double room.
- 2 Double rooms (approx. 20 sq.m.). Comprises of a bedroom with a double bed, desk with data port and extensive personal bar. Separate shower room. Can combine with a Deluxe double room. |
 - 9 Deluxe Double rooms (approx. 35 sq.m.). Comprises of a bedroom with a large double bed, desk with data port, extensive personal bar and seating area with armchairs and coffee table. Full bathroom with shower. Can connect with Superior one bedroom suite and also combine with a Single room.
- 4 Junior suites (approx. 40 sq.m.). Comprises of a bedroom with a large double bed, desk with data port, extensive personal bar and comfortable seating area with sofa armchairs and coffee table. Full bathroom with shower. Can connect to Superior one bedroom suite.
- 8 One bedroom suites (approx. 46 sq.m.). Comprises of separate bedroom with double bed. Separate lounge with Sofa (sofabed on request at additional cost), armchairs, coffee table, desk with data port and extensive personal bar. Full bathroom with shower. Also has small kitchen with fridge/freezer and microwave oven, together with tea making facilities. Can combine with either Deluxe Double or Junior suite. |
 - 6 Superior one bedroom suites (approx. 70 sq.m.). Comprises of separate bedroom with a large double bed and en-suite shower room. Spacious lounge comprising of Sofa (some with sofabed at additional cost), armchairs, coffee table, dining table, desk with data port and extensive personal bar. 2nd full bathroom with hand shower. Also has small kitchen with fridge/freezer and microwave oven, together with tea making facilities. Can connect with Deluxe double room and also combine with a Single room. |
