We arrived 3 hours before check-inn time and planned to leave our luggage and do the check-inn later. We were however given a room within 5 minutes. Excellent reception from the staff. ... WE enjoued every minute of the stay. ... No ... Cosy and very central to transport etc. Friendly staff and we will go back if in London again.

The location was great. ... We were particularly happy with the size of the room and the size of the bathroom, as it is so difficult to find a satisfactory one for the budget price.
I have booked through your website before and have never been dissappointed. ... The only thing I would add is the breakfast menu. Since hotels vary greately in what they offer, it would be great to know that the breakfast is very minimal....this would have not prevented us from staying there but would have prepared us better for what to expect (having a medical condition, I am limited in what I can eat). ... This was a nice place in a very convenient location. I was very happy with the room and the bathroom facilities.

It is always difficult to get a spacious hotelroom for family of 4, but the room was lovely and clean. The bathroom was also very nice and big. We had a lovely stay.

We found the room quite small for three occupants. There was significant noise coming from hallway and the Victoria train station (right behind the window of our hotel room). However, the room was clean and the breakfast fine. ... Location on the back of the Victoria Station is both positive and negative (easy access and direct connection with Gatwick, but extremally noise with trains breaking, and announcements heard. ... Clean, with easy access to most of London's attractions (walking and via underground), but lacking on space and in noisy surrounding (Victoria Station).

I knew that the hotel was near the train station, but the tracks ran right by our room and we had to have the windows open because there was no air conditioning. Also, there was working being done on the railroad all night long one night during our stay...grinding of metal all night long from 11 p.m. to 5 a.m. We didn't get a wink of sleep that night. ... It's an ok value, but the beds are very uncomfortable, there's no air conditioning, and you are right on the railroad tracks. I wouldn't recommend unless you need to be near the train station.
