• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before 11am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room per night.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, breakfast is included in the price. We serve a continental buffet breakfast consisting of crossaints, varied jams, toasts, danish pastries, bagels, assorted yoghurts, cheese, salami, juices and hot drinks.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, we ask our clients to pay on arrival.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, Arabic, Polish and Spanish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 6 floors and a lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, our rooms are extremely quiet, private and romantic.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, they do not.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Yes, some of the rooms do.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we do.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is a TV with national channels only in each of our rooms.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No, there is not.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, we do.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, we have an agreement with a pay parking located 3 min. far from the hotel.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Victoria station.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Heatrow and Gatwick airports.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we do not but we are very close to Victoria station which is served by the main metro lines and shuttle buses from the airports.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Victoria Coach Station.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Victoria railway station.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  Victoria subway station (3 min. walking distance).
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  No, sorry.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there is not but there are many dining facilities nearby.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can.
