• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check-in: from 02.00 pm.
  Check-out: before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Rates are quoted per room/studio per night inclusive of continental breakfast, service charge and VAT.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, continental breakfast is included. Should you request english breakfast we will charge a supplement.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Finnish, Spanish, French, Portuguese, Italian and German.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The hotel has 6 floors, which are accesible by two modern lifts and stairs. At Paddington Court Suites there are one lift and two staircases serving all 5 floors.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  All rooms have colour TV.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  The Suites and Executive rooms are air conditioned throughout.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  No, a National Car Park is near by.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Ask the concierge.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  London Heathrow.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, an Airbus service is available from all major airports to Paddington Station.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  In Bayswater Road or Inverness Terrace.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Paddington Station, 100 mt
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  The nearest underground station is Paddington Station, only 5 minutes walk away.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  No.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes.
