Valid Credit Card required to guarantee reservations. An authorisation for an amount equivalent to one nights room rate is taken 24 hrs before on the credit card provided. If the credit card is invalid the hotel will hold room till 4 pm.
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 24 hours before your arrival date. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE" |
